Ebay or Etsy? It doesn’t necessarily mean pre-owned. We got ours off a shop on eBay that custom makes them. Size-wise I am no help, my flower girl was 7.

ETA: It was $24 plus like $5 shipping.

Ours just turned 2 a few weeks before the wedding. I got this from flowergirldressforless.com~cheap! You need to order by actual measurements, and I think this was a 24 months size since it seemed to run big.

We used a seamstress on Etsy.  Very affordable and “made to fit”.

Also try kohls, had to get t sizes also and spent less than $30 on each one 🙂

burlington….. the one dress was 15 the other was 25

my daughter was in a wedding last year and I found her dress as Pebbles

it was around 30 dollars
