I used anchor paper (http://www.anchorpaper.com/) and their customer service was awesome.  They have a pretty good selection and they did a lot of custom cutting for me for a very small price.  Hope this helps!

My Fiance and I went to Staples and bought the cardstock there and used it.  Although, our invitations are very simple so it depends on how detailed yours are.

I got my envelopes and cardstock from Paper and More as well.  Their prices are great and their customer service was awesome.  They even upgraded my shipping for no extra cost.  For the pockets of our invitations I bought specialty papers fromcreative papers online.  Website below.

They have an excellent selection of gorgeous specialty papers and surfing through their site was an inspiration for me as I was designing my invites.

good luck!

Cards and pockets is great, and I bought my bulk paper from xpedex paper…they had great metallic shades and really good prices.

I put in another vote for paperandmore.com!  I actually just ordered more of the cardstock from them that I used for my invites.  They are crazy-fast!  I submitted the order, to be cut, on Thursday around 2:30pm.  Within 4 hours the paper was cut, packaged and shipped.  They are in California so unfortunately my order has to travel all the way to the east coast but they process and get it out the door so fast.  Their prices and selection are great.

I bought my pocketfolds from Paper and More, and my paper/envelopes from Paper Source.  I also looked at Cards and Pockets and LCI paper but couldn’t find the right colors (and my pocketfolds were a lot cheaper at Paper and More than Cards and Pockets)

Here are my invitations(http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/my-diy-pocketfolds-brown-and-green) if you want to see how I used them.  I’m going to post a DIY and cost breakdown on them soon, but I used sage cardstock and white (which is very ivory!) card stock, text weight, and envelopes.

Definitely depends on how picky you are about the paper and colors how much time you have (ORDER SAMPLES!) and how complicated the invitation are.

PaperPresentation is awesome.  They have lots to choose from and reasonable shipping prices.  I used them for everything!

I’ve mentioned this site on weddingbee a few times….

bluedotpapershop.com is awesome…the paper arrives in less than 2 weeks!  And I’m in Canada so if your in the US it’s probably faster.

I bought the paper for invitation and envelopes from http://www.iclicknprint.com/products, they also have a very good Design Center which will allow you to customize it from home. I hope this is helpful.
