I’m at that point where I have to order my favors and I have NO idea where to get them. All I know is that I’d like to do edible or “practical” favors.
Did you order your favors online? Buy them in person? Make them yourselves?

@everyheart: we had a nautical theme and did beach pails with fudge and salt water taffy With a little knife…soooooo good.
they make it fresh and ship right before your wedding and make custom ribbon.

We’re getting spice jars from a bulk supply store (it’s called Bulk Barn in Canada, but the States would have something similar) and filling them with candy.

My daughter combined her escort cards with her favors. She got these little brides and grooms from the dollar tree.
She wrote the female guest’s names and table number on the brides and the male guest’s names and table number on the grooms. She then filled them with candy. She also changed the ribbon on the brides to purple to match her colors. Everyone thought they were adorable. The escort table looked like this:

Just got mine yesterday from a liquor store. It’s like a family tradition to do mini wine bottles so we got those and brought them to my aunt who will be putting together little nets with Jordan almonds (it’s an Italian thing) tied in them. I’m just glad I got them already!!

We picked up little boxes that happened to be on sale at winners (kind of like Marshalls/Ross in the states I think) and then filled them with mini donuts and M&M’s from the grocery store.
