I got mine at Marshall or TJMaxx, they are right down the street from eachother and I always forget which one I was at that day.  I shop alot at DSW and I also don’t wear much more than a 2″ heal.

My heels were around 2 inches, maybe up to 2.5 inches.  My shoes were by Nina.

I was having the same problem, more finding the ones I like that aren’t $200 plus. I have instead, decided to buy plain ivory low heels and accessorize them. I already found these fantastic antique earrings that I found at an antique show.

I got my beauties on zappos, they come in tons of colors.  They are really comfy, but still stylish and formal looking.

my shoes were by Benjamine walk touch ups and they had lots of low heels. also dyeable.

I second Zappos if you are thinking at all of purchasing online, because you can sort by heel size. Plus, you can read the reviews and see if they are comfy heels or not.
