I got mine from Fire and Brilliance. It’s a really great stone and actually jewellers even think it’s a diamond.

But I ordered a 1.7 and recieved a 1.4 and didn’t find out until we actually put it in a setting and got it appraised. I’m happy with the 1.4 and don’t wish it was any bigger, however, moral of the story I didn’t get what I ordered. So if you do order off them be careful that you get what you ordered.

I got my 7.5mm FB OEC from Joseph Schubach, but it’s a Charles & Colvard stone. David Klass set it for me. I love my ring but I think I could have gotten a better deal on the stone through eBay or looking around more. I had heard that OECs were being discontinued and didn’t want to miss out.

sgar2626 :  I’m just now seeing this! I did get my ring! I love it!

I’ll be honest with you though, there were a few hiccups. I ordered a size 5 in my ring and she made my ring a 5.5. I’m actually a 4.75 so you can imagine how huge my ring is

Also, when I got my original drawings of my ring after I told her what i was wanting, I noticed there were a few things off in the setting and let her know. Her tone changed in the emails. It went to a “look (insert my name) per my last email” as if I could only make changes to the drawings once.

Lastly, I’d have to continuiously ask for updates as with her she’s a one woman show (except for her bench jeweler). And when I’d ask “Hey just wanted to see how things are going with my engagement ring?” I’d be given a production time and fiancé would be given a time of a week or two later.

But like I said, I love the ring. Would I order from her for wedding bands or anything else? No.

you could try Moissy Fine Jewellery if you are in Toronto, I believe they have a location you can go to design your ring or buy loose stones

I wanted to share with you, my ering is a NEO cushion and I have a ZAYA band, both from jhollywooddesigns. We had a positive experiences with both purchases and I love my rings!
Typically Jen, or one of the girls will get back to you within 24-48 hrs, at least that’s been my experience, but I don’t think it ever took longer than that.
