I bought mine at the bridal salon where I got my dress.

However, it was SUPER expensive. I have seen a lot of bees get some really nice veils on Etsy.

Also, some vendors on Etsy will let you send them fabric swatches so they can make sure the ivory on your dress matches your veil (if that helps).

I got mine from Rohm on Etsy. I can’t say enough good things! The veil was gorgeous, one of my favorite pieces of my wedding day look. It was soft and so beautiful, and compared to a lot of bridal salons, I found her mantilla veils to be very reasonably priced.

I actually wore my mothers veil and it was a huge hit. I loved it.

I got mine at the bridal salon where I got my dress because the edging matches the color of my dress perfectly.  It was easier to get it right there when I could see how perfectly it matched rather than shopping around online or in stores.

Got it from the bee cassifieds! I voted “other” because although the process was great, fast and the bee was so nice…I got a different veil which left me having to get it altered/paying more money (which is super annoying) Im still waiting to see if the seamstress fixed it or ruined it…a.k.a Im going crazy

I actually ordered two from Etsy – one from Brenda’s Bridals Veils, the other from He Knows My Name. They were both great! I ended up going with the birdcage I got from the 2nd shop.

I bought the tulle at a fabric store and brought it to a seamstress to make a custom veil to match my oatmeal-colored dress. But before I decided to try to match the (unusual) color, which I wanted to do in person, I was planning to buy online. I think you will be fine ordering an ivory veil but if you want to be sure some vendors will send you fabric swatches.  There are lots of good suggestions for where to buy a veil online in this thread: Where Did You Get Your Veil?

My mom is making me a one of a kind cathedral length. Everywhere we went either charged out the yingyang or didn’t have any I liked 🙁  so that’s our solution!

I made it myself. 2T with hand sewn ribbon trim. I can’t fathom spending $$$ on $10 of tulle for something worn for such a short time. Good thing too, because it was soooo windy at my wedding, my veil flew off during the recessional and that was the end of it for the night.

I ordered my veil and pouf from Etsy. So far, it’s been a great experience and I really enjoyed communicating with the designer. Both items should arrive soon; hopefully it all goes well! Also, the veil is identical to the one I tried on at the bridal salon, but cost half as much (yay!)

I got mine at Etsy from Sibo Designs. I loved it and I loved Sheila, the woman who owns the shop.
