Target and Kohls (I Love Kohls they always have coupons ๐Ÿ˜› )

I would have loved to reigster at Crate and Barrel too, but since I moved recently they don’t have one near us, boo ๐Ÿ™ I miss it.

I will share in your ladies C&B happy place. I love how they package things too…..

OK this is sad I am getting retail therapy memories. LOL

Bed, Bath and Beyond–so far good except they don’t wrap fraigle stuff well enough when people purchase online. We’ve received numerous things delivered that were broken.

Crate & Barrel-love it, love their stuff, love everything about them

Bloomingdales-pain in the rear, wouldn’t register here again for many reasons

Bed, Bath and Beyond

Target – they have been sort of a pain with things disappearing and things showing up when you print your registry in the store, but they don’t show on your online registry.  I received many items broken because of no additional wrapping… while the rest of stuff so far from them was packed so well I needed a separate trip to the dump for all of it ๐Ÿ™‚

Amazon – a handful of things using their Universal Gift Registry.  I’ve had issues in the past with their Wish Lists – items showing as purchased that weren’t,  but so far so good on the registry

Crate and Barrel – we added this one as people kept asking us where they could buy us dishes…  And I loved every single item on it…  then many of them became unavailable.  Boo.  And with the exception of one coworker of mine, no one has bought from it.

Bed, Bath & Beyond and Macy’s.  I love Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn, but we didn’t register at those places b/c these stores aren’t near the majoirty of our guests.

Say No To Target!  Their return policy is just so bad!

We have a BB&B registry and also a wish registry at http://www.uponourstar.com (household fixing upper things, honeymoon, etc).

I have a few more “on the down low” for the completion discount- anyplace that offers one, I set up a small one to get it!  ๐Ÿ™‚

We are doing a BB&B [No Macy’s or Crate & Barrel around us].

we have been in our house for 2 years so we are also doing home improvement stores. The only local one that has a registry near us is Menards. It’s way more practical for us since we had a house warming party when we first bought the house & have most of the items that we need.

We registered at Macy’s and Crate and Barrel.  Both have been fantastic so far! Although… Crate and Barrel tends to package things up like crazy! The amount of bubble wrap and tissue paper is out of control! But if that’s my only compliant… then not too bad!!

The Bay, Home Outfitters and Bed Bath & Beyond.  I also set up one at Sears with barely anything on it, I was told I needed more stuff for some of the guests from a different province (not BB&B there).

I’m not impressed with Home Outfitters, I had trouble finding things I liked which is why I ended up going to BB&B.

The Bay is good for certain things, but I had trouble finding enough lower priced items that I liked.  They do have a really great discount program.

Bed Bath & Beyond has been the best for selection.  They even let me add on my china even though the Canadian stores don’t have it, they had to manually add it on with the code.  I wish they had in-store pickup and a better discount program though.  A one-time coupon isn’t as great as an ongoing discount.

We’re registered at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and Crate and Barrel. We looked at some other higher end stores but BB&B had most of what we wanted for giftware and we love the decor elements from C&B.

My mom keeps bugging us to register somewhere else, because we are having a large shower, a somewhat large wedding, and a large at-home reception. She keeps insisting we do not have enough stuff! I don’t want to register for things we don’t really need or want, though, so I’m happy with our two registries for now.

We did:

– Crate and Barrel (got our first wedding gifts from that registry this week!) which is mostly for everyday dishes, serving dishes, silverware, glasses and a few special kitchen items (like ice cream cups!)

– Bed, Bath and Beyond, which is mostly for all the kitchen appliances and pots and pans, utility type items, and our china (which we still have to pick out!), and I think I may add some home decor items to the list as well.

– Amazon, we put some gadgets (like a Wii), books and movies on this list. We don’t expect anyone to use it, but if some of our friends want to be “different” its an option. We won’t be heartbroken if no one uses it. It’s free, so no harm no foal.

Macy’s – mostly for my china and cooking ware

Target – for all the cutesy stuff and some kitchen appliances (they have red colored items and that is our theme!)

Sears – for tools and patio related items, vacuum!
