I ordered my invitations, direction cards and response cards last night. I realized afterwards that I need (I think?) to convey Hotel Room Block information and Registry information somewhere.
Does that get sent out with the invitation? If so, where do I put it? Do I put it on a separate card?
I do have a wedding website with Hotel/Registry information on it (the address was included with my Save the Date cards)
Any ideas? Do I make a separate card and include it? a computer print out? word of mouth for this stuff?

sometimes invitations include an accommodations card, usually for pocketfolds.
are you wrapping any ribbons or anything around your invites? maybe you could could a small punch [2 or 3 inches] and put a small blub on that and tie it on.

@LavenderBride24: I made a website to contain all that information. Then I just included the URL on the reception card. It was much easier, and the website has been visited a lot since we sent them out.

I had a guest information card that just says a block of rooms have been reserved at Hotel and then listed the phone number. I said for more information please go to our wedding website. I know more people have internet now, but it is just nice to have that information right there on a card that they can hang on the fridge or something.

I put it on our website, as well as an information card with other useful stuff that goes with the invitation. Maybe call the place you ordered from and add an info card?

@LavenderBride24: I printed my own invites with an RSVP, Accommodations, and Location inserts. The registry information is on our wedding website, and the website address is on the RSVP insert. I’m not sure on the ettiquette, but it seems like according to WB, the registry info shouldn’t go with the invite. I’m not sure how other bees did it though.

Thanks, everyone. I’m ordering mine through Wedding Paper Divas, so I’ll dig deeper to see if there is any sort of “accomodations/info” card. I was just strugging with where to place that info.!
