Yesterday as I was digging through my pile of wedding stuff I was thinking “Gosh we’re so lucky we have this spare bedroom to store all this crap…”
So where do you put everything?! All your favors, cenerpieces, decortations etc

When I was planning our wedding, everything was in the guest bedroom at my parents’ house. 🙂 Once the gifts started rolling in, that room was a MESS! 😛

No idea where we’re putting stuff. Future Mother-In-Law did buy a few decorating things and is keeping them at their house. I’m glad our new apt has a spare room!

For the 3 months after our wedding, you couldn’t even walk into our guest bedroom (and I guess even before too!). Seriously, couldn’t even open the door all the way. Finally, a few weeks ago, I went through all of our gifts (from the showers too) and put them away, wiping out all the old, gross, mismatched college stuff we’ve been using for the last 2 years. FELT GREAT!

We are using my office/guest room. It is already starting to fill up and it is just with flower girl dresses, flowers etc!

I keep everything in my grandma’s basement! She lives all by herself and can’t climb the stairs anymore so, with her permission, our wedding stuff is slowly starting to cover her basement!

@X0JLYNN03: I have the same thoughts. My sister is coming to visit so, I have heaps of wedding stuff that will need a new spot….

Spare bedroom. We’re currently at about 20 totes and counting [some of the larger items aren’t even IN totes!] We still need MORE totes. We’re actually almost done buying all the the physical items that need to be stored [plates, cutlery, glasses, lighting, decor, ect]. We’re going to be on paying off the larger portions soon.

We have 4 bedrooms, so it’s called “the wedding room.” I guess after the wedding, it’ll be my extended closet. Its pretty organized now. Hopefully it stays that way.

Right now it’s in the spare bedroom/office space. It’s all pretty organized for the time being. I can only hope that it stays that way.
