I wear my rings all the time. Only time it comes off is in the shower (if remember to take them off). Or working with some kind of sticky dough.

@jwdesiree:  Yeah it really hurt and woke me up. Mine is set pretty high but still, I just feel more comfortable with it off.

Shorter list:

Where won’t I wear my ring:

1. N/A

(I always wear my ring, even if I were going into a nitro glycerin plant, it stays with me, always.)

I never take mine off!  Not to shower, or do dishes, or do anything sticky.  We are even doing small home remodel stuff and I always keep it on!  I hope it doesn’t wear out too quickly!

Well, I live alone in the city and frequent the grocery store late at night. I have been warned to either take off my ring or turn it around if I go out at night, or if I’m walking to my car alone. so I wear the ring 99% of the time. Not to bed or the shower or washing dishes. Sometimes I take it off if I go out at night, or I just turn it around. 🙂 I never thought of it until my coworkers warned me !

I only take it off to shower and fix my hair.  And that’s just because it was snagging in my hair when I didn’t.

I take it off in the shower, just because I’m afraid it’ll slip down the drain (it’s a little loose).

I only take my rings off when working with raw meat or messy batter/dough when cooking.

I take my engagement ring off (and just wear my bands) when I ride horses.

Otherwise, I wear them all the time.

I try not to wear my ring while sleeping, but usually forget.

I take mine off when I’m at home. I keep it in the box it came in. I just don’t like it snagging on stuff at home!

I’m not worried about my ring at all. the prongs are sturdy and it’s not rhodium plated. there is zero danger of the ring falling off. the only time I worry it is in danger is if I’m working with paint or glue. otherwise, it’s on all day.

however, it’s slightly uncomfortable so I choose to not wear it to bed.
