When I’m at the gym, when I’m sleeping, when I’m in the shower, or if I am using my hands to cook(make meatballs, cookies etc)

I only take my ring off when using lotion. Anything else (shower, soap, sleeping, etc) it stays on! I don’t cook, so I couldn’t say there … ๐Ÿ™‚

i wear mine all the time except for when i shower, do dishes or do anything else messy. however, it’s been sitting in my jewelry box for the last few days because i lost a diamond. i was getting depressed seeing an empty space every time i looked at it (and it would snag on stuff), so i just took it off. hopefully i’ll be able to get it fixed soon.

I used to work in a prision and I didn’t wear it in “the back” (where the inmate’s were). I also wouldn’t wear it camping or to the beach. I have a tungsten band that I wear in those situations.

Other than those above, I wore my engagement ring all the time. I haven’t worn it since getting married though, because I have found that wearing my rings together is very uncomfortable. I will wear it again all the time once I get it altered.

I usually take it off when im at home. But sometimes i miss my ring too much, so i have it on just to look at it.

I used to take it off when I scrubbed the floors (now I live in a dorm room that has carpet so it’s a non-issue), took a shower, and went to work as a CNA.

Now that I live in a dorm room and don’t want to leave a diamond ring unattended I wear it in the shower and everywhere.  The only places I don’t wear it on my finger anymore is when I work as a CNA, wash dishes, and put lotion on.  Then I put it on a chain around my neck.

I take mine off for a few things… messy cooking, dish washing, showering, giving the dog a bath.

I should’ve taken it off when I hung christmas lights! I banged it on the railing and broke a prong. It’s fixed now. ๐Ÿ™‚

To be honest, I normally take my rings off when I get home from work.  I normally don’t wear them at home even on the weekends.

I take mine off when I wash the dishes, work with raw meat, shower, do my hair, work , am having surgery, working on home construction or if I’m in a country where pickpocketing is a risk.

I have a ring holder near the sink so that it’s always in a safe place.

Definitely rock climbing, I have seen and heard about too many scary, gross accidents. Also, mixing bread dough, and cleaning the bathroom, because my ring shouldn’t have to deal with that level of yuckiness ๐Ÿ™‚

Everywhere except when I workout, cook and shower. I always make sure to wear it when I sleep as I figure if someone breaks into the house they’d be more likely to go through drawers and the jewellery box than take the ring off my finger.

I don’t shower, sleep, or wash dishes with my ring.  I wear it every other minute of the day. In fact, I put it on before I get out of bed.

I have never take mine off since we got engaged in September. I’m sure something will come up eventually though where I will have to take it off.

I take mine off for showers, sleeping(unless Im at a hotel), working out at home (I wear it to the gym), cooking, washing dishes, perfume and hairspraying (Residue definitely does not look good on your ring), but other than that it’s on all other times!
