lowkeybridetobe :  do you have more pictures of your dress you can share?? This was my dream dress but I didn’t get to try it on. I went to the only store in the city that carried Mori Lee and they didn’t have it. I adore my dress but I’ll always wonder about this Mori Lee….

Your dress is so romantic, your going to look so beautiful.

I love ball gowns, but I’m biased.  Here’s my pictures from 6 months ago.

I love ball gowns. I went with a fit&flare, with dramatic tulle poof on my wedding, based on our venue (cottage) and low formality I felt that ball down would be too much, otherwise I would have choswn a ballgown.

I was a guest at a wedding last month and the dress the bride wore was pretty but underwhelming.. it was a slim aline or a trumpet, the venue and formality was such that a ballgown would be quite fitting. So I was a bit disapointed, I was hopping to see something more dramatic.

I love seeing prides in ballgowns!

I’ll be wearing a ballgown next October, for me it wasn’t even a questions! When else would I have a chance to wear a big, poofy dress!!

I think of mine as more of a ballgown. They call it a-line, but it’s really poofy and has a long train. I didn’t think this would be my style. But I love it so much!

I personally hate mermaid cut. Most women actually don’t look good in them, but there are always catty friends and posters here who tell them they do and then talk about them behind their backs.

Aw I love ballgowns. I feel like it really is one of the only times you feel like a princess. I know they are becoming less trendy, but all you girls rock them.

BerniceK :  Thank you! I actully don’t need to get anything for it. I think the shop took some layers out because when I got mine, I was REALLY puffy!

I’ve never really liked the mermaid sillouette and I always knew I wanted a ballgown. Mine was a two-piece ballgown by Pronovias (strapless dress + short sleeved jacket on top for the ceremony).
