I need photo envelopes size 4×6 (they are called A6 envelopes) for some birth announcements I’m making for a friend. I also need A7 envelopes for our wedding invitations.
Any suggestions on where to get some envelopes that won’t cost me an arm and a leg? Thanks Bees!

I bought their contour flap style. It wasn’t super cheap, but it was reasonably priced, for extremely high quality.

I’ve gotten all my paper goods (outside of the letterpressed items which I had professionally done) at Paper Source. They’re not cheap, but the quality is excellent and the people at the shops have been extremely helpful and patient. If you’re buying in bulk you get an extra discount, if that helps!

I highly recommend The Paper Source or Cards and Pockets. They both have a crazy wide selection of colours and sizes. Cards and Pockets is a little less expensive than Paper Source, but they’re equivialent in quality.

Thanks, ladies. I actually found some really nice plain white A7 envelopes on clearance today when I was shopping. $8.40 for 50 of them. That’s all we need, so I was excited! And I picked up regular photo envelopes at Office Max. But, I may be checking out some of these other sites in the future.

I found this post which lists some of the top envelope companies and lead me to find envelopes.com.
I was looking for an obscure size and they had it! I only needed 30 envelopes and their minimum order is 50, which was the only down side. But that is okay, as I can use the extras for mistakes or to use later on. 🙂

Cut card stock is really great too, and they’re prices are good. I’ve been buying the Royal Linen envelopes for Save-The-Date Cards and invitations.
