Our wedding was in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.  The rental fee was $4 per person, so it came to $600 for our guests. That’s the rental fee alone; food and drink were priced separately.

Do you mean with or without catering?  Because every venue is different.  Ours was $8k without catering.  That includes the site, a huge Sperry tent, tables, Chivari chairs and ceremony chairs.

I can’t pick one because my venue is $700… But it’s off the beaten path in a beautiful old hunting camp, without the deer heads ๐Ÿ™‚

We’re getting married here in Oregon about 3 hours away on the Central Coast in Lincoln City. It’s a gorgeous area and one that has been a part of mine and FI’s lives for as long as we can remember. The beach is a city-owned part, so there was no cost to use it. And the picnic shelter that we are using is right on the beach as well, and that was $100 to rent for 4 hours. ๐Ÿ™‚

    SCORE!

We’re looking at renting a chapel for the ceremony and moving to a restaurant for our reception. The chapel is $500 + 13% tax (in Ontario, Canada) and the restuarant has a $4875 food and beverage minimum (+ 13% tax and 15% service charge). We’re planning on providing food (either cocktail reception or plated dinner), champagne toast and a bottle of wine for each table. The rest of the alcohol will be cash bar. I know it’s not the most glamorous to have a cash bar, but we want our wedding to be in the $10,000 range so that we can spend the rest of our money on a honeymoon to SE Asia! ๐Ÿ™‚

I’ve looked around, and this is pretty much as good as it gets in Toronto.

Hope that helps – good luck!
