moissamight :  Thank you!! My fiance loves the look of a channel set band but I’m still unsure – my other options are a curved band or plain band. I’m trying out some of the bands to see how I like them πŸ™‚ IMG_1359F6E04CD6-0B37-4DE3-8E91-7C6D44B73849IMG_1498

hopefulb :  Hmm, I think I like the curved the best, but the channel set is nice too! I’m personally not a big fan of wide wedding bands, but I feel like it doesn’t match the daintyness/femininity of the e-ring.

hopefulb :  Hands down the 2nd picture with the curved band is gorgeous! Do you have a link to that band?

moissamight :  Thanks! I find the channel to be super comfy and is nice to wear alone for the days I don’t feel like wearing the ering.

Soon2BMrsFredericks :  Thank you! Yeah I love stacking different bands. It’s always nice to change things up a bit.

frogplus : Yes of course, it’s the Marisol Band from Everett NYC; the picture of my ering above is actually featured on the website:

For reference, my ering is .9 cts (facing up smaller than its weight at 7.5 x 5.4). If your stone is bigger, you might want to consider one of their bands with a bigger curve. When I tried them on, the large cluster band dwarfed my ering, for example, but looked amazing when paired with rings that had a larger center stone. I’m sure Ali would send you pics of the band with a stone similar in size/shape to your ering if you asked! She’s super responsive.

Soon2BMrsFredericks :

Yes of course! It’s a .64ct D diamond, VVS1. Dimensions are 7.58×4.83×3.02, on a size 4 finger.  The band is 18k rose gold and halo is 18k white gold 😊 1.13ctw

I just had my pear reset and it should be here tomorrow. The new setting was inspired by one from 1910 but the designer and I tweeked it some and added the rose cuts and sapphires too. Mine is a 1.55ct E-SI stone. I can’t wait to put her back on my finger!
