I used overnightprints.com, and was very pleased with the service.  The coloring came out a bit off the first time around, and customer service helped me fix it right away and gave me a great deal on the reprint.

We made the ever popular magnet. We made our own design and had it printed on cafepress.com. The magnet is a real magnet… not printed magnetic paper. It was cheap, too!

Did you use one of the templates VistaPrint provides? We made magnets using one of their templates, and it was pretty simple, so I wonder if that might help?
