- Wedding: July 2018
Well we had to postpone our wedding due the the hurricanes in the Caribbean. Our wedding is a destination by way of cruise ship and getting married on the island. Our guest list has dropped from 68 confirmed to 25 which is great due to scheduling. I am kinda frustrated that I had all ready purchased favors with our date etc, but I can’t control Mother Nature.
Anyway, I am planning a Welcome Party at the hotel, it looks like most folks are arriving to Puerto Rico on Saturday. There are many first time cruisers in our group, and while I do not want to spend every single moment with our guest, I wanted to plan some optional events before or after dinner. Is that too much, not enough. Please let me know your thoughts.
Sunday – Board Cruise- Plan a small Sail Away Party onboard the ship
Monday- Wedding Day
Wednesday- Beach Day/4th of July in Barbados
Thursday- Lip Sync Battle
Friday- Cocktail party- Thanking guest for travelling
Saturday- Comedy show
Sunday- Head home
