Disney has very strict pricing policies. It doesn’t matter where you book it, the price should be the same. Sandals, Disney, and several other hotels will put a stop sell on your agency if they catch you discounting their rates. (this is why you won’t find them on that big online site that starts with an E)

But, AAA does get some special upgrades or perks with Disney that a lot of agencies can’t offer. Agencies that are “earmarked” are able to offer benefits that you don’t get even by going direct sometimes.

I did book a Disney Honeymoon once (never got to go), but then turned around and re-booked another Disney trip through Dreams Unlimited and I have to say that they were beyond PHENOMENAL! They gave me the best price that I could find, we booked an all inclusive package (included park tickets, accomodations & dining). I also signed up for a Disney Visa card–per their recommendation for additional perks during our trip and 6 months of no interest financing on the Disney trip. This credit card also put me on some Disney mailing list that I got a postcard offering a discounted room rate and Dreams Unlimited was able to honor that even though I had already made my reservation and they used the difference to book us a meal at Cinderella’s castle. They took care of all of our advance bookings for meals and provided us with a detailed itinerary including times that parks opened each day and where our reservations were each day. The staff was very responsive, often getting back to my e-mails within hours…we will most certainly utilize this agency each time returning to Disney! Good luck =)

Definitely book Disney through AAA, you get more perks.  If Disney is running a special then the price will be the same, you just get the added benefits of booking with AAA.  If you are going when they are not running a special, then you can get a AAA Magic Moments rate which is a discounted rate.  AAA is the only authorized company through Disney that can offer discounts.  Also, you can’t book a room/dining package without booking tickets with it as well.  I would recommend booking the whole package through AAA.  Also, if at the time you are going, there is no offer through Disney and one becomes available (such as free dining) AAA agents can get you the reduced rate even if your package is already booked.
