It doesn’t look like you’d put anything too heavy on them, and they’re covered from view anyway.  Why not just pick up some cardboard ones from UPS or FedEx?

I find that places that sell liquor usually have plenty of boxes they will give away for free. Grocery stores usually do too.

I was going to say what PP said, just pick up some cardboard boxes from UPS or even check local grocery stores etc.  I know when I was moving I went to places like Dollar General and asked if I could have their boxes that they throw away at the end of the day.  They were more than happy to get them off their hands.

You can use any sturdy box. After all, they are hidden from view.

Liquor  and book boxes are great.

Remember to get a variety of sizes so you have different heights.

We use empty boxes, milk crates, soda crates, pickle or plastic paint buckets and plastic storage containers that lost their lidsat all the resorts/hotels I’ve ever worked at.

Ask around, you never know who will have stuff like that.

If you have a Burger King near you, call them – they have the BEST boxes (I’ve moved 54 times (!) ) no, they don’t smell like fries 😉

But they’re very heavy and a uniform size, so they stack well and you could put food on them and it would be ok.

Their fry boxes and premiums (toy) boxes are your best bet.

Good luck 🙂

And get LOTS and LOTS of extra linen – you have to cover the tables first, then put all the ‘risers’ down, then more linen.

Go to the post office and pick up some of those priority mail boxes. They’re free. And no one will look at you funny when you walk out of the place with a bunch of them.
