Where’s a really cheap place to buy sparklers?
I know we probably should have bought them right after 4th of July…but, the wedding’s in June.
We want to use them as our send off at 11pm when it’s dark and pretty. We’re thinking of offering a basket of bubbles and a basket of sparklers so we get a mix, and then if someone doesn’t want to have to deal with a sparkler (old guests for example) they don’t have to. I think we’d buy about 75….I think by 11 pm that would be plenty.Maybe even 50. We’re having about 150 probably show up out of our 200 invited.

Try to search the internet for wholesale sparklers, Thta may work. Or try to find a part supply store like party city, they have that kind of stuff at the cheap.
Congrats!! and Good luck

You may not want to cut it so close.. but if your date is in late June, some stores may already have them out for the 4th. I know it seems like places around here start to stock things like that practically as soon as summer starts.
Or would they be at some kind of party supply store? Good luck!

True! I bet i could find a lot. After all, sparklers come out early June….I still have to make sure I’m allowed to have them! haha. The site may not let us…in that case i think bubbles will suffice. That’s pretty common. We’ll see! Thx

I agree- if you can wait until early June, then you should be able to reap the benefits of the 4th of July sparklers. Places like Target or Walmart or grocery stores usually have big packets of sparkers.

I got mine from Captainboom.com You get 144 #20 for $45 with free shipping. The #20 burn for abut 11/2 min. If you use regular sparklers you may want to get 2 per guest.
Remember to have guests light them fast!
One of my friends got married and 1/2 the sparklers were burned out by time the bride and groom made it to the end.

We always get ours for the 4th of July at Costco.
Also- check out the related posts below or use the search feature in the upper right hand corner of the page- other brides have posted about this before, so you may find some info there!

I found these in a quick Google search…the price seems reasonable $20 for a box of 72 sparklers.

If you haven’t bought sparklers yet I would recommend http://weddingsparklersusa.com/ my sister bought a ton from them with a flat shipping rate of $12.00; I think she ended up with 3 cases of the 36″ Blackcat sparklers. We times one before the wedding at 4 min. it was a real winner at the wedding!

We used http://www.weddingsparklersdirect.com for our wedding. If you are doing a sparkler sendoff, you’ll want to get the #36 sparklers.
These will burn 2-3 minutes. Also get some #14 sparklers to use to light them.
