I would search on EBAY. They have lots of options on there. Various type, lengths and colors.

You could even dye it – for a pop of color 😉

I made my own without sewing (because I can’t sew either). I just tied tulle strips to a piece of ribbon. Then I just tied the ribbon around my waist. That way, I was able to only make it as full as I wanted, and the length that I wanted too.

Why don’t you buy a long one and then cut it to length? Tulle does not need to be hemmed because it doesn’t fray. If you do not feel comfortable doing this yourself you could get this done for cheap at a dry cleaners shop (one that does alterations)—this would be a very easy alteration and I can’t imagine it costing more than $10.

Wow… that is too funny… I came across this thread doing a search for a knee-length crinoline, and I am looking for the EXACT same thing for this very dress- the BCBG applique.  I guess it is popular! Ali-O, are you wearing this for your wedding dress or using it as a reception dress.  I am wearing it for my whole wedding, but I’ve often heard of it used just to dance in later.  I love it, but I am tall (6′) and so it’s a bit short so I’m looking for creative ways to add a bit of length, hence the crinoline… but like you, I don’t want anything too full… Have you had any luck finding one?
