I have a trumpet gown and I found this great slip at, believe it or not, David’s Bridal.  It works perfectly with my dress to slim out the top but flow out the bottom.

Is this what you are looking for?  You could always hand dye it to make it lavender.

I bought the slip from David’s Bridal and took the slip with me to my first fitting at another bridal store.  I just kinda hoped for the best and it worked out well.

I just saw this! Sorry about that – the slip was actually a full piece of fabric sewn into my dress –  I took out some of the tuelle (spelling?) that was originally sewn in, and bought this fabric – they made the alteration for me.  Feel free to PM me for more info, hope this helps!
