I got mine at Zappos! I love that website. I’m not a big fan of online shopping either, but zappos has a great policy. All returns can be made within 365 days of purchase! I think I ordered 7 pairs so far 🙂 I returned all of them but 1, I’m in love these Jessica Simpson shoes. So comfortable 🙂

DSW.com has a lot of wedding shoes and they are both online and they also have physical stores too. If you go to their website, you can put in your zip code to find the closest store to you.

@noritake22: Ditto on DSW.  I found mine online, then went to the store to try them on before buying.  $49.95 and they’re gorgeous!

I know this isn’t the place one would normally expect, but Payless does sometime have fancy shoes. Most of the ones I’ve been to even have an entire section of white shoes (that are dyable) meant to be worn for weddings or other formal events.

They even have a few designers who they’ve contracted to make more affordable versions of pricey shoes. Worth a look, I think. You can search by size and color, so it will only take a minute to see if they have anything you like. Here’s the special occasion shoes they currently have in white.

@futuremrshc: I think Payless also does caloberation with designers as well. The GO International desigener collection at Target is another option, too.

I agree with the previous post that suggested DSW.

I don’t know what affordable in your eyes means but…I originally had purchased a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes that I LOVED and they were a pretty penny – about $650.  Then, I found a pair of shoes from Enzo Angiolini for $80 at Nordstrom.  I returned the Jimmy Choos and wore the Enzos.  They were incredibly comfortable and I can wear them now with different outfits.  I’m glad that I didn’t wear the expensive shoes.  And, back to your original question: Nordstrom has great options in all different price ranges!!

Just buy regular shoes, that are comfortable and go with your dress. Sometimes “wedding” or “bridal” shoes tend to be more expensive.
