I don’t think that’s a particularly uncommon one, I’ve seen variations of that at almost every jeweler I’ve visited! Has she looked around at store in person? It’s actually probably my favorite, though DH was very set on a simple solitaire. If you google either “pave solitaire engagement ring” or “diamond band engagement ring” a ton come up.

I’ve never seen a solitaire on a full eternity band. She might have to go the custom route if that’s what she wants. Why does she want a full eternity for a ring with a stone in the middle? She won’t ever be able to have it resized.

I agree with PP and go for a half or 3/4 eternity band for the engagement ring specifically because of needing to resize it in the future. She can get a full eternity band as her wedding band (that’s what I did) and I got it a little bigger since my engagement ring keeps it secure but it gives me some room to grow.

The reason pave or diamond bands are 1/2 or 3/4s is practicality.  The full diamond band is uncomfortable to wear and cannot be re-sized, the chances of your sister’s ring finger staying the exact same for life are slim to none.

Try the Harry Winston Attraction ring and Tiffany Etoile series ring.
