(Closed) Where to find birch poles for an arbor (or chuppah)??

One alternative would be to contact a firewood company and ask them if you can get some poles before they are cut into firewood lengths.

You could also contact your local arborists to see if you can get some branches when they are pruning.

I was going to go with birch poles but it wnded up beong more expensive than I thought. Plus I needed to get additional accesories for it…….twine, planters. etc…. I bought a Arbor off Etsy. I may sell it after the wedding. I put a post on the site if you search for Chuppa you can see the picture. It was very inexpensive and its beautiful. I am goongto do a silk fabric forthe roof and have flowers and vines along the top. 

 

Oh btw the boirch poles were coming from a whilesale flower exchange in Boston. My florist was going to buy them. They have bamboo as well.
