Where do I find bridesmaid dresses that will work for different age/height range? I prefer to get off the rack to keep down costs since we’re paying for three out of four of them. I’m good with them all having the same color but different style as long as their all around knee length. Is that doable?

That is totally doable! Have you checked out David’s Bridal? They are affordable and have lots of the same colors in diff styles so you will definitely find something for all of them

You can try Weddington Way – one of my bridesmaids got her dress there and they have a good variety of styles.

I second DB.
Except for the color, I gave my girls free rein on their dresses. They all ended up choosing the Versa convertible dress and each wore theirs a different way.

I told my girls to get med grey dresses. My sister ordered hers from DHGate, and her daughters from a kids online retailer. My BF got hers at a bridal store. The fourth got hers at the mall. The first threes were all the same shade, the fourths had a bit of a blue tint to it but nothing really noticeable (she might have been able to do better but she waited until 6 days before the wedding to shop)

I recommend DB. One of my Bridesmaid or Best Man is 5’10 so it was nice that DB offers a longer version of dresses for her. I let my girls choose any dress they wanted, just matched color and length.
My Maid/Matron of Honor got hers for $40 clearance from them!

Azazie.
You can also just buy a dress. It doesn’t have to be a “bridesmaid” dress.
Do a search on http://www.shopstyle.com
If you are ok with pre-owned, check Tradesy.com, preownedweddingdresses.com, Ebay, Poshmark and local bride to bride Facebook pages. It seem many BM’s don’t love those dresses, no matter what the bride says, because you see lots for sale all the time.

After much debate, I think I’m going with shoprevelry.com for mine. Lulu’s and ASOS also have some good options.
