Florist is doing a eucalyptus garland on every other table, and I’m DIY tall centerpieces on all the other tables. Thinking tall sticks in clear vases with some dried hydrangeas. Our wedding is in October so we’ll probably incorporate some white pumpkins into the centerpieces too somehow. Anybody know where we can find tall, clear vases for cheap? I’m off for the next couple weeks so I’m trying to get as much done as possible while I have the down time. We looked at Pat Catans and they were a little pricey. Thanks!

You can often find these used. Brides sell their decor after the wedding.
Check http://www.searchtempest.com. You can search using your zipcode to minimize shipping costs.

How tall? Dollartree has clear glass cylinder vases in 9″ and 7.25″ sizes.

I second the Dollar Tree idea. They usually have really nice vases. Also try amazon and look up wholesale sites online.

I’ve been waiting for Hobby Lobby glass 50% off sales, they happen about once a month. But if you can find them at dollar tree, go that route.

+1 on Dollar Tree. I ordered from Dollar Tree about 2 weeks prior to my wedding, and have them shipped to a nearby store (for free) and picked them up. I used the 7.25″ and 9″ tall cylinder vases to submerge mini cala lillies (ordered from Costco) with some floating candles and glass beads. Basically spent $7 bucks for each table’s centerpiece 😀

Dollar tree was perfect for my vases. Highly recommend them. Also, you might check E Favor Mart. The shipping takes a while but everything is really cheap since they are in China.
