Regular flats and go DIY. Sandpaper, Glitter, mod podge, paint brush, varnish its all you need.

You could totally DIY. I did mine this past weekend (sorry no pic to post) I went to Michaels and got 1 container of glossy mod podge, 2 containers of the glitter I wanted, and a pack of paint brushes. I used a 20% off coupon ( you can find on their website) so my total was $12.34. I mixed my mod podge and gitter(even amounts) and painted the parts I wanted glitter. It did take 7 coats and you want to make sure you let each coat dry before you apply the next- I used a hair dryer to speed up the process. Make sure you tape off any areas you don’t want glitter.
