@fuentesbee:  I have to admit, I felt like I could do a little google search and find something for you right away. I was wrong!

I did find one thing though, if you think this might be something you want to take on as a DIY (I don’t know how many guests you’re having!), but here is a cake shaped mold for you to make your own chocolate favors with candy melts.

I know Lindt (Lindor Truffles) does personalized. I saw on their site when looking for flavors.. You just have to find the store and call them for pricing. 

Godiva does do chocolate favors but they are 5.00 per box (the box can be white or gold) with a ribbon.

I think the best “deal” I found was Whitman’s chocolate. They have these tins for 1.79, they have 4 chocolates each…

You could DIY them! They have chocolate wedding cake molds on ebay and amazon. Would be much cheaper!

@fuentesbee:  I went to a wedding were someone DIYed something similar.  I’d try that or just putting a really great chocolate in a box.  Chocolate is always appreciated!
