Okay I know this seems like a very stupid question, but Darling Husband and I are really trying to save money to buy an investment property and start a family in a couple of years. In order to save a much as possible I was thinking about starting to us coupons for food shopping. My mother never cut coupons so it is a bit foreign to me, so can anyone direct as to where to get coupons? LOL
I’m embarrased to ask but I went grocery shopping the other day and the guy in front on me paid for so much of his food shopping with coupons that it seems like a good idea to save a little more money.
Do you find your local paper, major paper, internet sites, are best?

@atp2011- I get the flyers for my super market every week and there are no coupons and nothing online for my store. I shop at Market Basket.

They not only offer coupons you can print out, they offer online coupons and they have a listing of online stores where you can click on the store via their site and depending upon the offer from the store, let’s say Target, you will receive money back. We use this site all of the time.

I recommend http://www.hip2save.com
I’ve been on a coupon kick too – her site helps me find the best coupons (either online or in the Red Plum/P&G ads), and she also lists the stores where you can get the most out of those coupons. There are a lot of online freebies and shopping discounts on there, too.

This recent thread has tons of great suggestions! Most of my tips are in there. 🙂
Does anyone get into “couponing” at grocery/drug stores
Do you guys get a big Sunday paper? Ours always has tons of coupons.
