(Closed) Where to find online art for invites etc?

I am wondering where DIY’ers are finding the decorative backgrounds/flourishes and embellishments they use on tehi invites?  Can you download them somewhere and manipulate them in word?  Or do you have to use photoshop or illustrator or publisher?

Do a google search for free vectors.  I purchased mine on istockphoto.com.

I just googled everything.  There’s a lot of free downloads out there….especially on DIY websites.
