To start: I have always had my heart set on black and white anemones for my wedding. I think they are gorgeous, and they are the only natural looking flower I’ve found that really fits in to my black, white and green colour scheme. Unfortunately, they are not in season during my July wedding, and my florist has told me they are basically just going to be unavailable. So she suggested silk flowers. I never thought of this before, and I am a bit iffy. I don’t want fake looking flowers, but she says they will look as good as the real thing. I’ve searched online but have not found any silk flowers. Especially any affordable silk ones. I don’t want to pay more for the fake than I would for the real thing.
Where have you bees found some realistic fake flowers?

I got my flowers from this site. They ship fast, and are gorgeous!! 🙂
Hope that helps.

I got my silk flowers from Hobby Lobby. (Bonus if you can catch the 50% off week!) They were the “real touch” kind.
Maybe I’m biased, but I think they looked good!

I second afloral.com, that’s where I’m going to be getting mine from. They have everything I want (I have some pretty specific stuff) and I can do 7 bouquets, 9 boutonnieres and 3 corsages for under $200. Can’t beat that!

I bought mine online through Debbie Flower co. I thought they were affordable and some of the flowers are “real touch” so they look very realistic. My bridemaids’ bouquets are made out of real touch silk flowers and they are beyond gorgeous.
