Unfortunately, for that price, you will probably have to make them yourself and/or get someone close to you to make them for you. A site called Table Cloth factory was just posted in another thread and they would probably have what you are looking forl, but not at the price point you are looking at. I just thought of another option for you. Depending on how many you will need though, this idea may be a bit much. Try going to estate sales in the older neighborhoods and also thrift type stores in the older neighborhoods. Lace napkins were quite common back in the day.

I was JUST googling lace doilies and runners earlier tonight. I found some websites that have a lot of lace table linens, but you’re looking at $4+ each. You can google similarly if you’re interested, but I agree with noritake. Have you considered buying sewing notions and just adding a lace trim to a regular napkin? The napkins from linentablecloth.com and cvlinens and such online places are pretty reasonable.
