You could try the local craft stores, my FI’s sister is helping me plan a bit and she offered to help with the boquets by using good silk flowers.

Hello awakemysoul from across the lake in Rochester!

I too plan on using silk flowers and have found this site..http://www.save-on-crafts.com/newsilflowse.html .  I haven’t ordered from them, but they seem to have a lot to offer (and lots of other goodies for the diy types).  I have also visited AC Moore and Michaels which both seem to have decent silks.

Hello!

I just purchased mine from Afloral.com.  The prices are unbelievable.  They came in the mail last week and they are the nicest silk flowers I’ve seen.  Very impressed 🙂  The company was at a Wedding Show in Buffalo a couple of weeks ago as well.  Not sure if they will be at another soon?!

Oh.. they ship to Canada as well.  I had mine sent to Newfoundland

I second Afloral.com. I ordered a cheap sample bouquet just to see the quality, and I’m very pleased.
