We got my engagement ring at the Clay Pot in Park Slope, Brooklyn. They have a wide range of wedding bands – I’ve already ordered mine, since it matches my engagement ring. They have a wide selection and work directly with artists, so they are very unique! We’ve had a really good experience with them.

Being in NYC puts you at a great advantage- theres the entire diamond district. There’s so much more than the store fronts. The buildings in the area are full of small jewelry places. My Fiance had gotten a reccomendation from his boss on a place-  but if you google diamond district in nyc you will get a some sites and stores to work with.

I heard the the diamond industry is struggling a little due to the economy, so you might not be encroaching at all, heck your wholesaler might welcome the business.

What does your e-ring look like? Is the band plain or something more complicated?  Will it be hard finding something the compliments your e-ring?

Mr. Lovebird had my e-ring custom made in the diamond district (at one of those smaller places JessinNY was talking about) and we went back to the same jeweler to make our wedding rings.  PM me if you want his deets. He was great!
