(Closed) Where to hold ceremony?

I don’t think two trips is a bad idea and its great you are providing transportation. My only concern is will people be there early enough to get over – unless you are planning to start the ceremony a little late? Is there shade for older guests? Will there be chairs for sitting? Maybe you could provide non-alcohol beverages there? So people can mingle and have something to sip on?

I just went to a wedding that was suppose to start at 5 but the ceremony started after 5:30, everyone was fine mingling.

If your younger friends are cool with it, I would keep your plans as is. Can you provide some sort of refreshments while they wait? I would avoid alcohol as that might give them too much of a head start.

Any outdoor games that they could play like Bocce, cornhole, etc?
