The guys are going to be wearing tan suits for our outdoor wedding and they are onboard with BUYING matching tan suits vs. renting them since the rental costs are typically just as high as purchasing.
I am in need of some ideas of where to shop for these suits. I was thinking of Jos A Bank already since they tend to have really good sales (3 for 1 and 60% off here and there), but I’m not sure where else we should take a look.
The Fiance is a flip flop wearing sailor type who doesn’t have to suit-it-up for work, so he hasn’t been much help in this department. Any suggestions??

We just got a work suit for Fiance at JCPenny’s, but they had a big selection and some good holiday sales going on. They may carry more tan suits in the summer. FI’s was under $130 after alterations.

We bought our guys stuff from Mens Wearhouse.

Jos A Banks. They almost always have some sale going on. The suits are pretty good quality too.

We found ours at Burlington Coat Factory.

Thank you so much! I visited Men’s Warehouse and Jos A Bank yesterday. Looks like Men’s Warehouse could do a linen suit, but it would cost around $225 for the guys to buy. At Jos A Bank, the salesguy said he could get me the sale prices anytime, so we’re going to probably do a summer-weight tan suit from there on the Buy 1 Get 2 Free deal, so all the guys have to pay around $125 for a suit they can keep. Apparently, I don’t need to order suits until April since they come in so early. That makes me a bit nervous since I like to have things done early.

My husband got his wedding suit from Macys and several of his groomsmen got their suits from Jos A Bank – I love Jos A Bank because theyll have really good deals like 2 suits for the price of one or 1 suit, 2 shirts and a tie for the price of one suit….you really cant beat their prices and the quality is really good too!

We got our guys suits from Kohls. They had a really nice sharkskin pattern and I think for the jacket and the pants it was just over $100.
We let the guys wear their own white button down shirt and black shoes and black belt. We gifted them the matching ties.
I think it worked out well. I don’t know that the suit was something they all would have picked normally but I think they appreciated spending $100 on something they got to keep rather than just a tux rental.
