(Closed) Where to sit the big boss?

Personally, I wouldn’t sit the two bosses and their wives with the photographer and her husband (is there really only 6 people per table?) unless the photographer is a personal friend of yours, nor with DH’s aunts.  If possible, I’d try to put them with other coworkers or friends of similar ages or interests.  This could mean splitting up a natural group in to two tables (like splitting your 8 college friends between two tables).       

Somtimes, you don’t necessarily need to seat people by social group, but by personality.  I recently went to a wedding and was assigned the coworker table, but two relatives were also there. The two were chatty and outgoing, and it wasn’t awkward or uncomfortable at all.

Good luck, this is really hard and not something the Bee can truly help you with because we don’t know your guests!
