My reception is in a restaurant in Queens. We’ll then take the limo to a hotel.
Any suggestions on what hotel to spend the wedding night? I would need it for a Sunday night stay. I don’t have any guest from out of town so that I would get a group deal.

I love the Westin Times Square and the W Times Square. I don’t know if that’s the area you would want to be in. The W beds are fantastic!!!! 🙂
Check out Expedia or Travelocity to see what rates would be for the night you want plus you can read reviews of guests who have stayed at any of the hotels you might be interested in.

What hotel was it that a bee posted about? It was all modern? Cool beds? Very cool decor? Whatever hotel that was, you should stay there. I wanted to take a trip to NYC specifically to go to that hotel. It’s that cool.

we stayed at the ritz battery park since it was a walk to our apartment at the time, but i considered the library hotel which is a really cool place if you’re into books!

I stood at the Embassy Suites NY on North End Avenue. I booked online, then called the week before and asked if they could do a little better on the rate and they knocked off about $60 each night. It was a 2 room suite, and the hotel had a few restaurants located on the first floors.

We’re staying at the London NYC. I went there and took a look at the suites and they are really nicely decorated and also MUCH larger than most hotel rooms in NYC and for a fraction of the price. We got our rooms for $250 per night, now they are $270 per night, which is still a great rate for a suite that is 500 SF. In contrast, rooms (not a suite) at the Mercer that are 250 SF are $500.
