Purple and burnt orange totally go together! I think it’s best to use the colors that first pop into your head! Google ‘purple and orange wedding’ and see if you like the pictures. Just relax, you have so much time. Get a pinterest account if you don’t already have one. It helps a lot to create different boards for different aspects of your wedding and then you can delete different ideas as you rule them out.

Maybe try Pinterest or The Knot. I think both places will allow you to either search by color or narrow themes by colors.

@_k_i_a:  to see if you like certain colour combinations, i recommend going to your local hardware store/walmart and grabbing a whole bunch of paint chips.  We did this and it really helped us to get a visual of how our colours (navy blue and peach) would look beside one another.  (Just remember that they don’t make as many shades of blue or purple in fabrics or flowers as they do in paint chips, as my fiancé has pulled out many shades of blue (“no sweetie, I can’t pick chair covers called “gulf coast”) Wink
