I just went through the malls looking for a deal….I think a half-eternity ring with a shank the same thickness would be nice….just go try a bunch of different styles on!!

I went to Tiffany’s and tried on a ton of styles, to get a feel for what I liked on my hand (half eternity). Then I went to a custom jeweler (where my Fiance got my ring made) and tried on more of their half eternity samples and started describing the little things I would like done to it. Then they got back to me with a quote (before I finalize the order they’ll provide a casting to try on.

I was also just at a wedding fair, and one of the vendors designs other rings so I might go check them out too before I put any deposits down.

Long story short, just go try them on anywhere and everywhere!! You’ll get a feel for what you like, and what the prices range from.

We went back to the jeweller who did my engagement ring, got their advice on styles that matched, double checked their quotes weren’t astronomical (they were very reasonable in fact!) and then just ordered through our original jeweller 🙂
