If you could live anywhere in the USA (town, general area, etc.) where would it be and why? I would love to live in Savannah, GA or on a ranch in Colorado. I loved the feeling of Savannah when I visited there and find the open beauty of Colorado to be simply breathtaking.

I love Atlanta where we just moved back to but I would love a vacation home in the Florida Keys or somewhere else we could get some good Carribean SCUBA diving (that’s a bit tricky staying in the US).

If we could afford it and I could find a good job (without a horrible commute) probably Northern California.
Or Canada. But that’s more for the social and political benefits.

@totheislnds: Haha I have poked around, but haven’t found much. 🙁 Fiance really wants to move to Texas and has found a few opportunities so I think we might end up there after the wedding.

Boulder, Colorado. I love Colorado. I love the mountains. I love the snow. I love the feel of it. Ahhhhh……. but that will never happen. Our family and responsibilities are here, and this is where we will stay.

Somewhere with a healthy dose of rural countryside not too far from a palm tree filled coast. Fiance and I want to move down south for a few newlywed years and he could transfer pretty easily but I’m in grad school here so we can’t really leave. Wah waah =/

Savannah, GA for me too. Savannah is my absolute favorite place in the world.

@brttnyhrrll: Michigan is an awesome choice 🙂 I’m from there, and it has all sorts of beautiful nature. I miss it sometimes!
We live in NYC, and that is where I really want to be. The trouble is the prospect of buying a house for when we are ready to have kids. We are completely happy in our huge, awesome 1 bed apt right now, but 2+ bedroom places in the city just cost SO much to buy!
