Jerk chicken and pork tenderloin. I get it’s casual, but pulled pork/BBQ chicken is too messy (imo) for a wedding.

ana2017:  I just coordinated a wedding that had BBQ and it was AMAZING! I had some pulled pork (sans bread although it was available for those looking to make a sandwich) and probably the best mac and cheese ever. The meal did not disappoint and I think all your options you have up there are awesome. Best of luck planning!

Lots of people do not like pork loin/ tenderloin, so I would do the pulled pork and BBQ chicken.  I would do the mac and cheese becasue it is well liked and also hearty enough if someone doesn’t like the meat options or is vegetarian.  I’d probably do the mixed grilled vegetables and a salad.  Potatoes are a lot of carbs with pasta

This one was easy for me, the pulled pork and the chicken (more people likely to eat those over a loin) Sides were mac n cheese, greek salad and mixed veggies. We did mac n cheese and everyone said that was a great touch on a wedding menu. I realize it may not be for everyone but our guests were stoked to have it!
