the bust of the David’s seems a bit… low? like her bust is sagging a bit. too much chest on show!

but apart from that, i like both of them equally.

The David’s Oleg, hands down. I’m not sure I like how the bodice flows into the skirt on the Mori Lee.

@robsgirl1:  You won’t go wrong with either one. For myself, I like the DB dress (I certainly would have tried it on if it was out when I got married-and I’m over 40–so don’t put your age into the equation). You should pick the dress you feel best in! 🙂

For what it’s worth, I think you should ignore your age and get the dress that makes you happy! I like #1 better, it’s more elegant and timeless.

    Both dresses are stunning!

i think at 5″3 the dropped waist might not be as flattering on you as the other dress so thats the one i would go for in your position 🙂

…although i think that from what you’ve said you yourself might have a sneaky preference for the other dress??

I love the first dress!! I would definitely go with that one. If you’re not 100% sure, there is a Mori Lee dress (#4916 )that is kind of a mix of both dresses that you might want to consider too. I think it may even be less expensive than the DB dress, I’m not positive though.

@robsgirl1:  im 5″8 and a dropped waist works better on me because otherwise my legs look crazy long… so by reverse i would expect a higher waist to look best on you?  but they’re both lovely dresses so i can understand the dilemma!!

The first dress is much more sophisticated. Go with that one!

@celticbride:  I bought that Mori Lee dress that you suggested as an alternative (4916) and I LOVE it!  It was definitely less expensive than the DB one.

@smiles4jo:  I was stuck between that dress and Maggie Sottero Karena Royale. I finally decided on the Maggie dress and am happy with it, but I have never stopped thinking about the Mori Lee. You have a beautiful dress!
