So I’m playing around with pictures to “try on” different belts with my dress. I’m not good computers and editing photos, so it looks pretty choppy… but I wanted the bees’ opinions!
The first picture that doesn’t suck is of the belt I tried on at David’s Bridal with the dress.
The second picture is a belt I found on Etsy and pasted on digitally.
Which do you like better?

I saw the first one. I like how it’s even throughout. Did you think of wearing a belt on your own or you saw it somewhere? I’m thinking abouwhee acting one with mine but not sure how it will look.

@cupcake728: The dress usually comes with a belt but I didn’t like that one. The consultant showed me the belt in the first picture. I really like it but I want to make sure it’s the one 🙂 Also, I wear dresses a lot and usually wear belts with them, so it’s a style I love and wear often.

I like both but it depends on how wide you want the belt to be. I am not sure if the second belt color would clash with the dress. But My final vote would be for the first belt. I think the second belt would be great if the color meshed with dress.

@SGreen: The pictures aren’t very good. The belt on the second belt doesn’t have a ribbon, it’s just the blingy part and it’s tied in the back with an ivory ribbon.

@Ms.GoodEarth: I just bought the one from David’s Bridal last night! I love it… It’s so much more sparkly in person. I also like how it’s even through out and you have tiny waist! I guess I’m a little biased though… 🙂

The first one looks awesome!

I like the first one, the straight across design is more flattering on the dress.

the first one is lovely and blends in with the dress beautifully!

Oooo! It’s kind of hard to see, but I really like the one from Etsy. Have you thought about making your own? I might try my hand at that.
Love your dress (obviously, as I have the same one!). You look stunning in from what I can see. Isn’t the back spectacular?

Both are pretty. I voted #2 because I find if that sash would be the exact same white as your dress, it would be perfect. If not, I’d go with the first one.

I like the second one best. The differing width of the belt compliments the design of the lace. Check out my Etsy shop for more unique jeweled belts: [link removed for self-promotion]
Happy wedding planning!
