@little-bear: Thank you for your advice 🙂 I did a bit of research on them before I spoke to my flourist and was gutted to find out how quickly they wilt without water.
I was still determined to have them though as they are the only flower that is the colour I am looking for so I spoke to my flourist and he says there is a way he can prepare them whereby they will last around 20 hours but if they do start to wilt a bit I just need to put them flower first in water for 2-3 minutes and they should perk right back up.
It shouldn’t be too bad as it will be around 24 degrees so not too hot, they will be prepared in the morning and left in wtaer until the ceramony which starts at 3 so as long as they last a few hours it should be ok, our table decorations will be in a vase with water so they will be fine. I am mostly worried about the buttonholes but I will be bringing fake buttonholes and a fake bouquet just incase and so I don’t stress about it.
