I need some advice on bridesmaids dresses. My wedding is in a garden at a bed and breakfast with a tented reception on the gorgeous grounds of the B&B. I found dresses I love, and originally thought my maid of honor would be in light pink and the rest of the girls in champagne. However, the champagne in these dresses is really more like an antique ivory. So, now I’m debating between having the maid of honor in the champagne (think Pippa) and the rest of the girls in light pink, or having all of the girls in champagne. The bouquets will be very green with accents of light pink and cream.
The color distinction on the models isn’t very clear, but here are the dresses.

Champagne for all of the girls:
Here are some pics to show the colors IRL (these aren’t the actual dresses, but the same line, fabric, and colors):
Here’s my dress, maybe with this pink sash, maybe with a blingy sash:
This what I’m tentatively planning to have 2 flower girls wear:

Personally I would put everyone in the pink. I think the champagne is too close to a bridal color and I think you create a cleaner look when all of the BMs/MOH are in the same color. As Lori said on Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta, (I’m paraphrasing) the BMs are the frame and you want the frame to be uniform so your eye is drawn to the bride and groom in the center.

I agree with the PP, I would put all the girls in the pink dresses, and skip the champagne color.

I agree. If they are all wearing different styles put everyone in pink. You can make your Maid/Matron of Honor stand out from the others with a different bouquet. I think the ivory/champaigne is going to clash with your white dress.

I like the idea of all your ladies in pink too, with a different dress for your Maid/Matron of Honor.

Personally, I think the ivory/champagne color is too close to white. I think having all of your girls in the pink will help you to stand out, afterall, it is your big day. If you want your Maid/Matron of Honor to be different I would just pick a different syle dress but keep the pink color

Hi – I agree with some of the other posters – I think the ivory Maid/Matron of Honor dress color (at least fom the pics) seem to clash with the pink bridemaid dresses, which btw are adorable :), and the sash on your dress (also very pretty!). I would also suggest either going all pink for both Maid/Matron of Honor and bridesmaids or change the MOH’s dress color so its a similar shade of pink so that it looks more “together”, if that makes any sense. lol.

i like them all in pink but maybe have your Maid/Matron of Honor in a long dress if you want her to stand out a bit. That could be really pretty

I agree with everyone else, I think you should have them all wear pink and find a different way to have your Maid/Matron of Honor stand out. I think the shade of pink you’ve chosen is gorgeous however, to me, the Maid/Matron of Honor dress reads a little yellow in the pictures you posted

I voted all the girls in champagne because I don’t like the look when Maid/Matron of Honor is in a different dress, but now I agree with the other girls that they should all be in pink! 🙂

I like the all pink as well. You could give your Maid/Matron of Honor a champagne rather than pink flower at the sash or a larger bouquet or she could wear different color shoes or a flower in her hair or a slightly different fabric but in the same color. There are a lot of ways to make the Maid/Matron of Honor stand out without doing a different color. That pink is lovely and the champage is a bit off IMO.
