We’re having a choice of filet, or something else… we figured chicken was the second best universal choice, but don’t know which one.
So which one? Any other suggestions from menus would also be fine. They said they can do whatever, basically… this list is from their options list.
Boneless breast of chicken with roasted red peppers, spinach, feta, and provolone cheese, served with tarragon sauce
Bonless breast of chicken stuffed with asparagus and prosciutto with a creamy pesto sauce
Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with mushrooms, onions, pecans, smoked gouda and topped with a maderia wine sauce
Medallions of chicken lightly breaded and sauteed to golden brown, topped with wild mushrooms and served with a marsala cream saue
Chicken Au Poivre
Tender filet of chicken breast sauteed with peppercorns and served with a vermouth sauce

I’m no help. I’d eat them all!

@babecake: LOL well I’m glad they sound good ^_^

Renoir! Prochuto and creamy sauce sold!

I personally would like Renior, but I wonder if Au Poivre would be a more universal option as mushrooms and asparagus tend to be quite polarising foods?

I’ll take the Normandy and Marsala, please 😀 I love mushrooms, but PP is right, they tend to be a love-it-or-hate-it food.

The Devonshire! I am a succer for Tarragon, although I would suggest to check which Provolone cheese they will use – they vary from quite sharp to sweet to mild and going with the other ingridients I would prefer the mild cheese for this.

Devonishire or Normandy sound the most appealing to me, but they all sound yummy!

Thanks for the responses! Now bumping for more opinions ^_^

The Renoir sounds particularly wonderful. Although they all sound good. However, I’d consider avoiding the Normandy since it has nuts and you may have people with nut allergies.
