We’re giving our guests a choice of NY strip, stuffed portabella mushroom, and a chicken entree. Please let me know which chicken dish sounds best to you! (Shh…we’re trying to pick one that sounds really delicious in hopes that people will choose it over the much more expensive steak…)
Thanks for your help!

Whoops! Ran out of room on the poll choices. Here they are again:
Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken
stuffed with a blend of fresh spinach and cheeses and finished with buerre blanc
Focaccia Garlic Chicken
served with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes and finished with a basil pesto buerre blanc
Hunters’ Style Chicken
topped with a demi glace with bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, and sweet onions

I pretty much like anything with spinach though! 🙂

As someone who doesn’t eat pork I voted for number two.
I think whenever you start mixing meats it tends to become tricky to appease people. But that is just my non-bacon opinion…I could be the minority.

They all sound really delicious, but I voted for the garlic chicken sounds the yummiest to me! But i don’t think you can go wrong with any of these.

i agree with the bacon-haters. I picked number 2 because of that.

I’m not sure what Hunter’s chicken is but I voted for #3 because I love mushrooms and onions.

I would marry a head of garlic if I could, so you know I voted for #2.

I picked the 2nd. I love all things involving spinach but I can only eat certain types of cheese, and not knowing I’d err on the side of caution. They both sounds fabulous though!
