alliegeeb :  Picky eater over here, but since you asked…

The only one of those I would eat is Mango Chicken because I HATE Chicken with Cheese. Ew.

I think it would go well with the rice though, as would the Spicy Citrus Chicken but that could be too spicy for some (I just don’t like anything too lemon-y. Although maybe this is lime or orange, which I would eat!)

I think chicken piccata would go great with your sides and would be good for a lot of picky eaters, who may tend to gravitate towards a chicken option. Chicken parm is delicious and popular but like PPs pointed out, it would go better with a side of pasta.

Another vote for chicken piccata. I think it would go best with the sides. Maybe chicken fontina, but I think piccata is safer.

*High Five* I was a fall bride too! My insticnt then is the Chicken Parm, but that Mango chicken still does sound intriguing!

I’m Italian and I hate chicken parmesan (yes, I’m weird) and I think chicken piccata pairs best with rice.  Whenever we make piccata (which is often) we always pair it with rice or orzo.

I also think if you’re serving a big crowd the cheese from the parm or fontina might get funny if it is sitting around waiting to be served.

I voted chicken piccata. As delicious as chicken parm is, I would be nervous that it could get messy with all that red sauce and I agree with the other posters that said chicken parm would go better with pasta. The piccata would go great with rice or potatoes.

alliegeeb :  I vote chicken piccata or chicken parmesan, as I think they would work well with your sides and are more popular among wedding guests.
